Make your own website findable in AI search.
Live, in two hours.
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot now answer the questions your customers used to type into Google. They answer by reading websites they can parse. Bring your website login and spend two hours making yours one of those. $200 for the seat. Built for Central Massachusetts businesses and open to anyone.

AI gives one answer. Most small business websites give it nothing to read.
Ask an AI engine for the best florist, roofer, or dentist in your town and it names two or three businesses. It picked them by reading websites it could crawl, parse, and verify. Everyone else may as well not exist.
The gap is almost never reputation. It is structure. No business schema, no crawler rules, no page an engine can quote. Those are checkable items, and they are what this workshop installs on your site while you watch.
Named in nine of eleven buyer questions. Zero pages an engine could read.
In September 2026 we audited a regional nonprofit. We put eleven real buyer questions to ChatGPT with live web search on. It named them in nine, purely on reputation. Then we looked at the site itself.

AEO score out of 100
The two questions they lost were the broadest ones, the "best in town" questions where an engine has to pick from many candidates and leans hardest on what it can verify. The authority was already there. The machine-readable layer was missing. That layer is what two hours fixes.
Six things live on your site before you log off.
01
A before and after score
Your AEO score at the start of the session and again at minute 95, measured the same way both times so the change is real.
02
Business schema, live
LocalBusiness and Organization JSON-LD published on your site, describing who you are, where you work, and what you sell.
03
Titles, headings, descriptions
A correct H1, a title that names your town and state, and meta descriptions on the pages that matter most.
04
robots.txt and llms.txt
AI crawlers allowed in, your sitemap declared, and an llms.txt that tells an AI engine how to describe and cite you.
05
One answer page
An FAQ section built from the questions your customers ask, marked up with FAQPage schema so AI can quote it.
06
A 30-day checklist
The specific next moves for your site, ordered by impact, so the work keeps compounding after the session ends.
Seven blocks. Four scored dimensions. Your site open the whole time.
Every block maps to one of the four dimensions our free AEO score checker measures. Run it on your site before you join. You will run it again at minute 95 and see what moved.
0-10 min
How AI search picks a business
Watch live ChatGPT and Perplexity answers for your category and your town. See who gets named and why.
10-25 min
Score your site
Run the free AEO score checker on your own site, read the four dimensions, and mark your red items.
25-50 min
Entity and structured data
Paste a LocalBusiness and Organization JSON-LD block into your CMS, fix your title and H1 to name your town and state, and write the one paragraph that says what you are, where, and for whom.
50-70 min
AI crawlability
Add the sitemap line to robots.txt, open access to AI crawlers, publish an llms.txt from a template, delete junk and demo pages, and write meta descriptions for your top five pages.
70-95 min
Content clarity
Draft one FAQ section from the five questions your customers actually ask, then add FAQPage schema. Event or VideoObject markup if you run events or stream.
95-110 min
Prove it
Re-run the checker, validate your schema, submit your site to Bing through IndexNow, and set your 30-day check.
110-120 min
Questions and the 30-day plan
Bring anything the workshop did not cover. You leave with a checklist for the month ahead.
Bring your website login. We handle the rest live.
This is a working session. Nothing is theoretical and nothing gets left as homework. If you can log into your site and paste a block of text into a settings field, you can do every step. If your site is custom built, email Jamie before you register so we can check you will be able to publish during the session.
A laptop
You will be editing your website while we work, so you need a real keyboard and two windows. A phone will not do.
Your website login
Tested before we start. Whatever you built on: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, Webflow, Framer.
Google Business Profile access
If you have a profile, bring the login. If you do not, that is fine and we will note it in your 30-day plan.
Your five most-asked questions
The things customers actually ask you. These become your answer page in the second hour.
Your current AEO score
Run the free checker before you join so we can start from a number instead of a guess.

Who runs it
Spend Less Grow More is run by Jamie Lund out of Holden, Massachusetts. The same AEO system taught in this workshop runs every week for national e-commerce and healthcare clients.
Not sure whether you need it? Ask an AI engine about your own business tonight and see what comes back, or check your AEO score free in about a minute.
What is AEO?
Answer Engine Optimization. SEO gets you into a list of ten blue links. AEO gets you into the single answer that ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Copilot hand back when someone asks for a business like yours. The work is mostly structure: telling an AI engine in machine-readable terms who you are, where you are, and what you do.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can log into your website and paste a block of text into a settings field, you can do every step in this workshop. We walk through the exact screens for each platform. Nothing requires a developer and nothing touches your site's design.
Which website platforms does this work on?
WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy, Webflow, and Framer are all covered directly. If your site is custom built, email Jamie before you register so we can confirm you will be able to make the changes live during the session.
Will this get me cited by ChatGPT?
No one can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. What the workshop promises is the part that can be measured: your AEO score before and after, structured data published on your site, AI crawler access opened, and an answer page an engine can quote. Those are the inputs that make a citation possible.
Is it recorded, and what if I cannot make September 23?
The session is recorded and every registrant gets the replay, so you can rewatch any step while you work. If you cannot attend live, you keep the replay and you get a seat in the next session at no extra cost.
What happens after I save my seat?
You get a confirmation email right away. Before September 23 you will receive the Zoom link, the payment link, and a short list of what to have ready. Nothing is charged today.
What if I would rather have it done for me?
That is the other half of Spend Less Grow More. Worcester County businesses can take the one-month AEO Sprint at a flat one-time fee. Everyone else can start a conversation about scope.
How is this different from the AI for Small Business workshop?
That one is four hours on AI automation, where you leave with a task running itself. This one is two hours on AI search visibility, where you leave with a website that AI engines can read. They share no material.
