Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to have it removed. It describes what this site actually does, not what a template says it might do.

Who we are
Spend Less Grow More is a marketing agency in Holden, Massachusetts, operating spendlessgrowmore.com. We are the controller of the information described here. Reach us at jamie@spendlessgrowmore.com or (508) 365-9963, or by mail at Holden, MA 01520.
What we collect
Information you give us. Our forms ask for some combination of your name, email address, business or practice name, website address, and, on some forms, your area of focus or a short message. The free AEO score checker also takes the website address you want scored. Nothing on this site asks for a password, a government identifier, health information, or anything about your clients or customers.
Payment information, which we never see. Workshop tickets are paid through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe tells us that a payment succeeded, along with the name, email address, and billing location attached to it.
Information collected automatically. We run the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and records page views and form submissions so we can tell which ads produce results. When you arrive from an ad, the link carries campaign tags that we keep with your enquiry so we know which ad you came from. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses.
Leads from Facebook and Instagram forms. If you fill in one of our forms inside Facebook or Instagram rather than on this site, Meta passes us the answers you gave and we handle them exactly as described below.
How we use it
To reply to you, to prepare and send anything you asked for such as an audit or a score, to deliver a workshop you paid for, and to follow up about the work you enquired about. We also use it to measure which ads and pages bring in enquiries, and to keep our own records.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Automated scoring, and what a person does
Our audits and score reports are generated by software that examines the public pages of the website address you give us. It looks at what any visitor or search engine could already see. It does not sign in anywhere, does not change anything on your site, and does not send your information to an outside AI service. A person at Spend Less Grow More reviews the result before anything is sent to you.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of providers, each for one job:
- Resend delivers our email, so anything you submit passes through it to reach our inbox and yours.
- Stripe processes payments and holds the card details we never receive.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
- Supabase provides our database, where some enquiries are stored.
- Meta receives conversion events from the Meta Pixel and, for ads, from our server. Where we send an event from our server, contact details are hashed before they are sent, so Meta receives a scrambled value rather than your address itself.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim. If the business is ever sold, records may transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply until you were told otherwise.
Cookies and tracking
The Meta Pixel sets cookies that let Meta recognise a browser across visits and connect an ad to what happened afterwards. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings, and browser-level ad and tracker blocking will stop the pixel loading. Nothing on this site stops working if you do that.
We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals where your browser sends them and the provider supports them, but we cannot control how a third party responds to a signal once it reaches them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the emails they generate are kept while there is a live conversation and for our business records afterwards. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Leads submitted through a Facebook or Instagram form remain available inside Meta for 90 days, after which Meta deletes them; our own copy follows the same rule as any other enquiry. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
Write to jamie@spendlessgrowmore.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not ask you to explain why. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, but we apply them to everyone who asks rather than only to people who can cite a statute. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
To stop hearing from us, reply to any email we have sent you and say so. Our emails are written and sent individually rather than as bulk campaigns, so a reply reaches a person directly and is the fastest way to be removed.
Children
This site is meant for people running businesses. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where a change is significant and we hold your email address, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
